Why Not?
It was rainy when I met her, right after her class.
Someone might say it is too fancy for classes, but why not?
She looks leagues better than others who would rather catch another minute of sleep and just throw something on. Taking some time and effort to look wonderful everyday is worth it - what we "say" to others about ourselves via clothes and fashion tells much about who we are.
