
Your skin is the first thing that let us recognize how tired you are from your hectic lifestyle, lack of sleep or stress. It just gradually begins to show how far you’ve been affected. While our skin is fighting against fatigue, we look for new creams for solutions.However,we sometimes find ourselves stuck in the middle of two choices :Day and night creams. Normally, for a day cream, five components of fruits and vegetables to give freshness and radiance are contained, while for a night cream, five other components of tea and plant roots to decongest and relax the skin are usually contained. There are certain reasons for separating the usage of these two.
1. Day cream gives the enough amount of nutrition that is needed during the daytime while the night cream usually have more vitamins to restore the nutrition lost during the day.
2. Night cream is rich inoil for the over night recoverry and it is highly concentrated.
3. Day cream is usually used against dehydration , simply to protect the skin. However, it tends to have light consistency that helps the pores breath properly during the active day time.
There’s nothing harmful for switching these two products , but its much effective and better for you to separate these two if you want your skin to recover as soon as you wish.
